Wow, there are a lot of comics this week. Among your many many options, these that stand out: HOUSE OF SLAUGHTER #1, a new BATMAN / FORTNITE one-shot and the awesomely funny MANU. SOOOOOOOO much more under the cut; But what looks good to YOU?

Happy Wednesday! Comics got hit by "supply chain issues" this week, so much fewer periodicals than normal, but man are there some great books out! DESTROY ALL MONSTERS completes the "Reckless" Trilogy, plus we've got both November (TIME BEFORE TIME) and December's (FAR SECTOR) Graphic Novel Club selections this week -- AND the first issue of Cliff Chiang's CATWOMAN: LONELY CITY. Yay, Wednesday! We are still missing our DC comics as I write this, but expected by 4pm. Otherwise, looks like the lead new comic might be BLACK PANTHER LEGENDS #1, followed by NO ONE LEFT TO FIGHT II -- and don't miss the paperback collection of ULTRAMEGA! Well look at that, another week of new comics! HUMAN REMAINS catches my eye first, and we’re very happy to have trades for GOOD ASIAN, HAHA and BRZRKR in. I assume X-Men fans will be glad to see the start of INFERNO, but there’s so much to choose this week—what looks good to YOU?

Gosh, we like comics! This Wednesday will bring a great pack of new things, with the lead likely being FRONTIERSMAN, while the kiddos will super dig WRASSLE CASTLE, and we super like the look of SEEDS OF SPRING. Another great week of funny books! Probably the most anticipated book this week is the HARLEY QUINN ANIMATED spinoff, but I know a ton of kids who are looking for Jenny Holm's SUNNY MAKES A SPLASH, and the new Jeff Lemire PRIMORDIAL looks keen too... so much more coming out this week, what looks good to YOU?

A compact week with many treats, this Wednesday afternoon will bring us the interesting sounding ALMOST AMERICAN, the next big Batman even with FEAR STATE ALPHA, and on the book side it's been a really long time since there has been an affordable color paperback version of the classic VAULT OF HORROR, and everyone should have some ECs in their collection! Oooh, great week of comics coming on Wednesday! For the periodicals, without question the book of the week is JH William's ECHOLANDS. On the book side, we adore Ted Naifeh's WITCH FOR HIRE, and we're strangely compelled to put MAYOR GOOD BOY as our kid's follow-up. Ah, we loves them comics! This week's lead for Hibbs is clearly a new Hanslemann with CRISIS ZONE, on the periodical side KILLER QUEENS looks like a laugh, and for that post "Loki" thing, here's a KANG comic! But there's so so so so much more below the cut.... what looks good to YOU?

Once again it looks like UPS shipping problems may delay new comics until Wed afternoon, argh, UPS work it out already! The third Milestone book, HARDWARE, looks like the lead periodical, but there's also DEFENDERS from Marvel. And Zoe would probably punch me if I didn't put CHEER UP: LOVE AND POM POMS up here. We're the most excited for THE DIRE DAYS OF WILLOWWEEP MANOR, book that will be our new Kids Club selection, but was so funny that ALL of adult staff here loved and laughed. On the periodicals side, BERMUDA looks pretty good, and getting a last taste of Grant Morrison on DC is always good with SUPERMAN & THE AUTHORITY.
