The Sub Form

Comix Experience offers an in-store pre-order program. This PDF is offered as a service to regular CE customers to print out and fill out the form at their liesure. Once completed, you can fax your form to us at (415) 863-9299. At this moment we are not accepting PDFs in return (Mostly because CE's computer is at Brian's HOUSE, and he's afraid he'd forget to print them out properly before the deadlines!) If you're not already a regular CE customer, but would like to use our subscription service, we need you to come into the store to fill out a deposit form/subscription agreement. We will "soon" have one up here for downloading as well. CE can do mail-order, but we do honestly prefer you come to the store to pick up your comics -- while a service like this is designed as a hedge against sell-outs, we really don't like the idea of "catalog stores".
